Welcome to another packed ArtsFest programme, in a new March slot.

This year’s festival presents Music, Art, Theatre, Spectacle, and more on the campuses of CIT - celebrating the talented students and staff of the Institute, and CIT’s unique identity and cultural contribution to Cork City.

ArtsFest is an annual celebration of the Arts which programmes leading practitioners, cutting-edge acts, and gives a platform to students on the different campuses of CIT.

We moved the festival to March to give you more time to get involved. So whether it’s classical or rock music, photography, painting or sculpture, Theatre or Performance Art, clowns or films that you’re into, get into ArtsFest this year!!

  Watch out for a team of confused but dedicated scientists keeping an eye on proceedings from a large crate outside the Student Centre, and make sure to get your seat at the '15 Second Film Festival'.

  In music we have Mick Flannery, FRED, John Spillane, and a once-off reunion concert from STARGAZERS; CIT Cork School of Music have a full programme of lunchtime and evening concerts.
